Order must be placed before 3.30pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch. All delivery times are estimates. Weekends and Bank Holidays do not count as working days.
- All orders placed before 3.30pm Mon-Fri are despatched same day via Royal Mail (excludes Bank Holidays).
- All orders sent are either tracked or require a signature.
- Free Delivery is sent out on Royal Mail24 which can take between 1-3 working days but 99% of the time it is delivered the next working day.
Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands - Please allow a little more time for them to arrive.
Deliveries to Europe -. Orders to Europe typically take 5 to 9 working days and 7-14 days outside of Europe but on occasion they may take longer.
